A few words on our real enemies

There is a war going on, and we are losing.  By ‘we’ I mean the American people.   The American people are losing.  By any standard, the quality of life and general prosperity for the vast majority of Americans has been in decline for several years.  The purchasing power of the dollar is collapsing.  Rising prices of food, gas, and healthcare together with the lack of decent jobs are every day making it harder for ordinary Americans to even survive.  A large percentage of Americans are filled with despair, anxiety, and dread.  We are struggling, and rightly there is a lot of anger among Americans as to this situation, how we came to be here, how we ended up stuck with this mess.  Americans are angry, they’re motivated to get up and do something about it, to fix it, and to make sure that those responsible are held accountable.

Certainly there is plenty of blame to go around.  The largest problem we face in this country, is the reason that despite our overwhelming motivation to solve our problems, it seems that we’re all powerless to stop it.  It’s that half the people, those on the right, are convinced that the left is to blame, while on the other side, the left are convinced that all our problems can be blamed on the right.  This conflict between left and right, liberals vs. conservatives, red team vs. blue team, did not arise by accident.  Also, economic chaos did not arise by accident, but was the result of carefully orchestrated actions by those who really are to blame, and really are at war with the American people.

There are a great many people who’ve been complicit.  People on both sides of the aisle helped to execute these plans because their greed and ambition overcame their better judgment.  And while these people should be recognized as the traitors they are, they are not the architects.  Though despicable, they are not the ones who waged war against us.  But there are people, untouchable people, who work behind the scenes, and are working to destroy America, and to collapse the entire world’s economy, so they can rise out of the ashes with absolute control of the world’s vital resources.  These are the people who are our true enemies.  And as long as they have us bickering between right and left, our focus is not on them and they’re free to continue robbing us blind.

These people avoid the spotlight like the plague.  I don’t claim to know their identities, but I do know they exist.  It isn’t simple greed and incompetence to blame for all this.  They have been planning this for a very long time, and though I’ve exactly zero physical evidence, or even anecdotal evidence to support this theory, I believe that simple logical deduction from the available evidence makes the existence of this conspiracy simply the only logical explanation.

I suppose that does make me a conspiracy theorist, but it would be wrong to dismiss what I’ve got to say simply because I might resemble that particular often-used pejorative.  I am not paranoid, but I am perceptive.  For example, I knew fifteen years ago what the logical consequences of continuing increases of US national debt would be.  I said so in “Philosophy for the Third Millennia”.  I also said I thought it would really become a problem around the time of the baby boom retirement crunch, which is right about now.  And I wasn’t the only one who thought so back then.   All it took was a good university education in micro and macroeconomics, and maybe a little bit of foresight to put the pieces together.  I’m no genius.  I’ve met some geniuses, and I know I’m not one of them.  So, I knew what would happen, and I know that many other people knew as well.  There were people in powerful positions, who had a chance to do something about it.  Clinton had to know that eventually the debt would bring hyperinflation, and he had turned around the spiraling debt by the end of his second term.  However, as soon as Bush came in, we went again back into massive deficits with massive increases in defense spending and tax cuts which reduced revenue.  They absolutely had to be aware of what effect this would eventually have.  And rather than stop it, these things which brought us to this point were instead accelerated.  It’s just inconceivable that they wouldn’t have known that hyperinflation was going to happen.   A great many people had to know, and thus I know that something had to act to prevent rational and well-meaning people from stopping it.  There’s no other explanation.

Look at the derivatives market, where hundreds of trillions of dollars are controlled by a handful of “too big to fail” banks.  This completely secret and totally unregulated market has undoubtedly played a major role in our economic collapse, and it did not come about by accident.  These are people who know what they are doing.

Pointing all of this out leads me to this fact.  You and I, all Americans are lied to every day.  We are lied to by our media, by corporations, and certainly by our politicians.  It is often impossible to decipher what is fact and what is lie.  My advice is, with all things, consider the source.   And keep in mind, to those on the right and to those on the left, that those people who’ve come to hold opposing views in this time where nearly every word spoken is a lie, are not the enemy.  It is not the American people with opposing views which are the problem, but rather their ignorance which is caused by constant exposure to big lie after big lie.  The enemies are the ones who have created this culture.  Those people who’ve brought us to this state where it seems the only choice is right vs left.

There is a middle ground, a philosophy which understands that both right and left have some good points to make.  Both the Republican and Democratic parties have become two sides of the same corporate sponsored coin.  That’s why I’d encourage you to join me, and join the Green Party.  Only when a third progressive party gains enough membership to be considered a factor, will the American people have a chance to influence legislation such that our interests are championed over those of our enemies.   I don’t pretend to have all the answers about what to do about our situation.  All I’ve been able to determine for certain, is that we need to start by fighting ignorance, speaking truth to power, and coming together as a people.  For never before has it been more true, that together we’ll stand, but divided we’ll fall.
